Alexandria Miles

Alexandria provides support to the ISWP Training and Advocacy Working Groups. She is a PhD student at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. She received a Master of Education degree in Rehabilitation and Counseling Services from Springfield College and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Winston- Salem State University. Alex is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and has experience in assisting people with disability enter higher education and pursue gainful employment. She is
passionate about providing individuals with disability the appropriate assistive technology and services that diminish barriers, promote accessibility, and strengthen social inclusion worldwide.
